NOTICE TO MEMBERS
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF NAMBUCCA HEADS ISLAND GOLF CLUB WILL BE
HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON
SUNDAY 23rd NOVEMBER 2025 AT 10.00am.
To assist with the production of the Annual Report
and Notice of Meeting, all Notice of Motions should
be lodged with the Club’s Administration Office no
later than 3:00pm on Sunday 26th October 2025.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR POSITIONS OF:
President, Vice President, Treasurer,
Golf Director and 3 Directors
will open on 13th October 2025 and close on Sunday
26th October 2025 at 3:00pm.
Nominations should be lodged at the office or bar when the office is closed.
The vacant positions will be elected for one year as per Clause 15.3 as per the Constitution
adopted 28th November 2021.
Ballot (if required) shall commence Tuesday 28th of October 2025 and end on 3.00pm
Friday 21st November 2025 and be conducted during the following hours: Monday to Sun-
day: 10.00am to 5:00pm. Voting slips will be available at the office or bar when office is
closed.
